Better Energy Homes Scheme
The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland offer substantial grants for insulation projects. Quilter Insulation are registered SEAI contractors and will help you to avail of your grant. We will guide you through the insulation grant process and ensure that you will get the insulation grants you are entitled to.
All homeowners, including landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2006 can apply. Homes built from 2006 onwards should have been constructed to the 2003 Building Regulations and should not need significant upgrades. Grants are available for attic insulation, cavity wall insulation, external wall insulation and internal wall insulation projects. For more info please visit the SEAI website

Step 2. Grant Application – Quilter Insulation can organise this for you. We will guide you through the process and ensure that you get whatever insulation grants you are entitled to.
Step 3. Complete Work.
Electric Ireland Energy Efficiency Incentive Scheme
If you’re a current or new Electric Ireland customer you can combine the Better Energy Homes Scheme grants with the discounts offered through the Quilter Insulation Energy Efficiency Incentive with Electric Ireland. The Electric Ireland Incentive offers discounts applied directly to your gas or electricity bill after new energy efficiency measures are installed. Here’s how it works:
Step 1. Contact Quilter Insulation about installing energy saving measures in your home
Step 2. We will assess the job and explain how much credit the job entitles you off your next Electric Ireland bill
Step 3. Once the work is carried out and paid in full, your details will be submitted to Electric Ireland
Step 4. You will receive a confirmation email and the credit will be applied to your bill within 10 days.
